Relapses or slips are very common, especially in early recovery. So it’s important to have a plan to return to your recovery as soon as possible.
Remember that all is not lost and that the same skills that helped you become sober and clean before are still available. You just need to recommit, identify why you relapsed (something someone did, something someone said, plain boredom, etc), and make a plan so that your relapse doesn’t destroy what you’ve worked so hard to achieve.
